Ohhhh myyyy!! Words cannot describe how happy I was with how these turned out!! These was SUCH an easy recipe too! Just a few extra steps from a traditional chocolate chip cookie recipe (plus you can save time by buying store bought)

In an greased 9x9 baking dish, press half of your cookie dough into the pan. I made my OG brown butter chocolate chip cookie dough for this (it is featured on my page at least 10 times at this point). Then make your cheesecake filling by beating together 8 oz of room temp cream cheese, 1/2 c granulated sugar, & 1 egg. Once smooth and combined, pour on top of your cookie dough. Then scatter the remaining cookie dough on top. Bake at 350 for 35-45 mins. BUT WAIT THERES MORE!! Since it is cheesecake, let this set in the fridge for at least two hours before slicing.View original recipe
